Senior Platform Engineer, Backend Applications

Dorsia is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own the backend application layer of a platform that handles demanding reservations, payments, and member experiences. This is a senior- to staff-level role for an engineer who thinks deeply about how systems are built.

Requirements

• Fluent in TypeScript and PHP
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6-8 years of backend engineering experience
• Proven track record designing and scaling backend systems in production
• Experience launching and testing software products
• Deep fluency in database relational systems, containerized workflows, and cloud environments
