Requirements
- Technician (m/w/d), Mechatronics or Industry Master (m/w/d) or comparable technical qualifications
- Secure reading and understanding of technical working documents, particularly technical drawings and control and regulation schemes
- Basic knowledge of SAP and common MS-Office software
- Enthusiasm and the ability to shape the success of the After-Sales team independently
- Outstanding customer orientation and service mentality
- Independent and team-oriented work style
- Good problem-solving skills
