Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is a hospitality group seeking an experienced Pastry Chef for a hotel buffet production role. The role is responsible for the overall operation of the pastry department, ensuring high-quality products, proper organization, and consistency in production.

Requirements

• Organizing and supervising daily pastry production for the buffet
• Creating and presenting sweets, baked goods, and pastries
• Ensuring quality, taste, and aesthetics according to the group's standards
• Guiding and training the pastry team
• Controlling inventory of raw materials and reducing waste
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef for product development and improvement
