Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their Kitchen Department for the Season 2026. This role involves supervising the pastry team, ensuring high-quality desserts, and maintaining smooth operations in the pastry kitchen.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation of all pastry items
- Lead and motivate pastry staff
- Train and supervise pastry staff effectively
- Collaborate closely with all chefs and service staff
- Manage requisitions, ingredient storage, and proper use of pastry equipment
