Agent Engineer

At DOSS, we're building an AI-native ERP to unlock the next generation of automation. This role sits inside the product + implementation org, but is an engineering function, responsible for building tooling and productizing agents that operate across the DOSS customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2-10 years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management
• Systems thinking and ability to traverse complex interconnected systems
• High-intensity and ability to work in high-pressure roles
• Technical expertise from 1st principles
• Intellectual firepower and ability to cut through noise and synthesize information
