Doss is a modern ERP platform built for how companies actually operate, and we're looking for a Head of Engineering to own the end-to-end engineering function and lead our team through a critical scale-up phase.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams at a high-growth startup
- Strong technical foundation
- Track record of building hiring and performance systems
- Experience developing engineering managers and technical leads from within
