Doss is a modern ERP platform built for how companies operate, replacing legacy systems with a flexible, AI-native platform. As Senior Manager, People Operations, you'll own the infrastructure that makes Doss run: systems, processes, and team.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years in People Operations
- At least 2 years at a high-performing, fast-moving organization
- Elite project management and process design skills
- Deep fluency with HRIS systems (Gusto preferred)
- Based in San Francisco and able to work from our SOMA office 5 days per week
