Job Description
The Crossroads Project Youth Coordinator will support the final two years of the 3-year implementation of the Children's Health Equity (CHEq) grant-funded position. The Youth Coordinator is responsible for managing Crossroads' Youth Council, administering, and delivering programs related to the Council and the Collaborative's goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of and interest in health equity, social determinants of health, and health ecosystems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Slides)
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with young people ages 14–25
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Comfort working in a startup environment; able to stay grounded and organized while remaining flexible and open to changing demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
