Job Description
The Primary Care Provider is an employee of DotHouse Health under the direct supervision of the Medical Director. The provider is responsible for direct patient care and manages the continuity of care of the patients.
Requirements
- Full-time primary care sessions (8 sessions, 5 hours each, with 1 hour administrative time)
- Participate in on-call system
- Adhere to Health Center time off policies
- Collaborate with Medical Leadership for clinical coverage
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and performance improvement activities
- Supervise advanced practice providers (if mutually agreed)
- Teach Health Center staff, students, and resident physicians (if mutually agreed)
