1st Shift CNC Machinist

Dover Precision Components is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Machinist to perform highly routine/repetitive work on standardized parts, operating one or more CNC machine and adjusting and operating several machine tools on standardized work. The role will work from drawings, sketches and specifications, and perform machine set ups to obtain close tolerances, fitting and alignment of machined parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some trade school or on-the-job training required
• 1 - 5 years of experience as a manual or CNC machinist
• Technical training in shop math and blueprint reading
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend frequently
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy items periodically
