CNC Machinist Level 3

DOVER PRECISION COMPONENTS is seeking a CNC Machinist Level 3 to join their team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, loading material, and maintaining working knowledge of G & M codes. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and experience in industrial manufacturing. Requirements

• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Prioritize daily work to ensure customer delivery is met
• Load material including bronze, stainless steel, and plastics up to 7” diameter
• Maintain working knowledge of G & M codes
• Verify proper machine operation including speeds & feeds, tool wear, and surface finish
• Review manufacturing drawings and verify product specification using measuring equipment
• Verify measuring equipment calibration daily
• Ability to multi-task and run multiple machines simultaneously
