Engineer - Technical Service

Markem-Imaje is a trusted world manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions. We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to perform on-site installation, maintenance, service repair and support for Markem-Imaje products and services.

Requirements

• Provide onsite service and customer support
• Study different type of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation
• Conduct onsite (online) printer trial
• Perform on-site product installation on customer premises
• Installation & Maintenance of Markem products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction
• Meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory
• Travel to manufacturing facilities of Markem customers
