Inventory Specialist I is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across all warehouse and production areas at Hillphoenix. This role performs cycle counts, reconciles discrepancies, maintains inventory locations, and supports material flow throughout the plant.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of inventory control or audit experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift license
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with auditing processes and product verification
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong math skills, reading skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the company's parts and finished products
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
