Machinist

We are seeking a Machinist to join our team at Dover Precision Components. As a Machinist, you will set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to machine plastic or metal work pieces. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and design sketches, performing machine set ups, and inspecting work-in-progress. Excellent mechanical skills and ability to operate various types of machine tools are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of trade school apprenticeship or equivalent shop experience.
• Technical training in shop math and blueprint reading is necessary to perform the job
