Job Description
SWEP is looking for a Product Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate the assigned Product Engineering team. The role involves driving efficiency, delivering results, and ensuring the development of talents to secure succession and growth. The ideal candidate should have a technical university degree, experience in R&D, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
