The Production Trainer is responsible for delivering effective, standardized training to production operators and maintaining accurate training documentation. This role ensures new hires and existing employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform successfully.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Familiarity with SkillStation or similar training management systems
