Job Description
Project Manager at CPC (Colder Products Company) responsible for planning and managing projects, creating efficient management processes, and working with various departments to meet product release and delivery targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business
- PMP certification, Scrum Master, or related project management credentials preferred
- 7+ years of design or detailed product development experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in injection molding preferred
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 preferred
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems preferred
- Familiarity with RFID, electromechanical devices a plus
