The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for driving quality assurance and continuous improvement through advanced data analysis across manufacturing, suppliers, and product lifecycle processes.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA, audits).
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and RTY improvement.
- Experience with data systems (Intelex, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
