Team Lead, Tax Center of Excellence

The Team Lead, Tax Center of Excellence is responsible for supporting a Dover business segment's processing of tax implications, tax compliance, and other specific tax issues. The role involves applying knowledge to understand potential tax issues, recognizing and communicating potential risks, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of taxation or relevant experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge in International Indirect Taxation (Sales + VAT)
• Ability to navigate complex tax issues and their implications
• Knowledge in emerging tax technologies
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills
