The symposium is a virtual, multi-day event that aims to support underrepresented U.S. doctoral and postdoctoral scientists. Participants may be considered for future employment at Dow.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree received by November 2027
- Postdoctoral scientists with a doctorate degree obtained after July 1, 2024 may also apply
- Preferred disciplines include: organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, polymer science, materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, data science, statistics, and other closely related fields
