Dow is seeking a Board Operator - Represented/Tariff to operate assigned board equipment or areas of the Plant in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will operate the plant's computer operating system, start-up, run, and shut-down the plant, and perform and report on operational related activities per the Operations Dashboard (OPD)-Tasks List.
Requirements
- Follows Operating Discipline principles, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
- Operates and field checks process equipment, monitors process conditions, equipment, and control systems.
- Performs tasks assigned to operations as directed, including field checks, equipment preparation, samples, etc.
- Ensures operational activities and process performance are aligned with plant and business goals.
- Uses trouble shooting skills to resolve process related deviations and problems.
