Foreman

We’re hiring a Foreman for a high-end residential project. The foreman will lead a team of subcontractors and crew, and be responsible for ensuring the project meets the design intent and project goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years high-end residential carpentry experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Advanced construction math skills
• Ability to think ahead and see the big picture
• Proficiency with proper use of tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to take and give direction
• Technical constructability knowledge and experience with both traditional and new materials
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• U.S. work authorization
• Ability to communicate in Spanish at a conversational level (preferred)
