High End Residential Superintendent

We’re hiring a superintendent to lead high-end residential projects, ensuring quality and craftsmanship while solving constructability problems and managing teams and subcontractors.

Requirements

• 15 years of superintendent experience, 5 years high-end, custom residential
• Degree in Construction Management or related field OR equivalent professional experience
• Journeyman-level carpentry skills
• Excellent communication, team-building and mentoring skills
