Senior Project Manager

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to manage high-end residential projects, working closely with site superintendents and build teams to deliver quality and craftsmanship. A successful candidate will operate from a place of integrity, professionalism, and diligence, maintaining critical relationships with clients, partners, and in-house teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of high-end residential construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, building science, or equivalent related professional experience
• Ability to travel regionally on occasion, and to Seattle home office for onboarding
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, team-building, and mentoring skills
• Ingenuity based on technical and materials knowledge
• Proficiency with Sage CRE PM and Cost Controlling modules and Procore
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, BlueBeam and/or Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with web-based applications such as Slack, Asana, SmartSheet, and Airtable is a plus
• Valid driver's license
