Requirements
- Transportation planning and design experience
- CAD, 3D modeling, and engineering analysis skills
- Technical report writing and cost estimation experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Market Sector Software proficiency (AutoCAD C3D, Microstation Connect, OpenRoads)
- 3D design and visualization skills (Revit, Infraworks)
- Task-specific software skills (AutoTurn, GuideSign)
- Project delivery and management experience
- Industry standards and regulations knowledge (AASHTO, FHWA, local client)
- Client interaction and communication skills
- Supervisory duties (team operations, workflow management, recruitment, training, performance evaluation)
- PE license and valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6 years of experience required (5 years with advanced degree)
