Job Description
The Emergency Department Physician will work on a PRN basis, practicing emergency medicine within the emergency department, providing the best treatment available to all patients. The physician will be responsible for maintaining current emergency medicine knowledge and skills, as well as professionalism in the emergency department.
Requirements
- 24 hour shifts
- Valid medical license and current federal narcotics license number
- Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
- Knowledge of American College of Emergency Physicians policies and protocols
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Compliance with the Code of Conduct and all appropriate policies and procedures
