Landscape/Irrigation Construction Install Foreman

The Landscape/Irrigation Construction Install Foreman oversees residential and commercial landscape construction projects, leading a crew to ensure projects are finished on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of landscape or construction experience
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation, outdoor lighting, Hardscapes and landscaping techniques
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Time management and budget organization skills
• Self-starter, performance-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass and MVR check
• Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry 50-80 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance
• Ability to walk briskly and work in a kneeling position
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment near heavy equipment
