Valet Attendant

Valet Attendant will retrieve vehicles from guests, complete valet tickets, and provide excellent customer service. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and previous valet parking experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with minimal Department of Motor Vehicles point system
• Previous valet parking experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to drive all types of vehicles
• Applicants must be able to substantiate a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees
• Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
• Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Downstream Nation license
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
• Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening
