Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, Music Business, or a related field
- Clear, confident communicator—especially in writing (email, social, outreach) and in live settings like product demos via Google Meet—with an ability to connect authentically with artists, teams, and industry partners
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage outreach, follow-ups, and multiple moving pieces without things slipping through the cracks
- Motivated by growth, goals, and measurable impact; excited by the idea of building pipeline and contributing to revenue
- Passion for music, artists, live events, and the evolving digital/creator landscape
