Manager – Field Clinical Operations

Dozee Health AI is seeking a visionary individual to lead Field Clinical Coordinators nationwide and execute field operations. The Operations Manager – Field Clinical Operations will oversee onboarding, training, and performance feedback, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA) certification
• 3–5+ years' experience in clinical operations, medical devices, or healthcare technology
• Experience in SNFs or long-term care strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively nationwide
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
