Barge & Rail Planner (m/w/d)

DP World is seeking a Barge & Rail Planner to create and optimize transport plans for containers by inland waterway and rail, and to coordinate and disposition of transport resources in collaboration with external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed education in forwarding, logistics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and coordinating transports
• Experience in working with transport management systems (TMS) and ERP software
• Fundamental knowledge of transport processes in the field of rail and inland waterway
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
