Job Description
As a Business Controller, you will support data-driven decision-making and ensure strong financial performance across the site. You will contribute to planning cycles, financial reporting, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in business controlling
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP, BPC, Qlik, or similar systems
- Knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS 16)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
