Lead Engineer - Electrical - EPC-DDW

The Lead Engineer for Electrical, EPC-DDW, will be responsible for ensuring all electrical engineering work meets project requirements. This includes electrical discipline work for HVDC and HVAC platforms, coordinating with partners and ensuring quality. The role also involves providing technical advice and solving problems within the design and construction phases of renewable energy projects.

Requirements

• Assume sole responsibility for assigned electrical engineering work scopes for HVDC and HVAC platforms.
• Carry out electrical discipline work within a project team, supporting the project team for field development of renewable energy projects.
• Plan, budget, organize, and control a segment of the electrical engineering deliverables for the project.
• Liaise with HVDC/ HVAC Technology partners.
• Co-ordinate and manage engineering subcontractors.
• Ensure all work is completed without compromise to quality and is delivered according to the project schedule.
• Provide sound technical advice and solutions to a diversity of technical problems within the discipline
• Identify and recommend corrective actions as required.
