Manager Finance is responsible for various financial and accounting tasks, including creation of customer masters, revenue booking, provision preparation, and internal control safeguards. The role also involves providing financial and operational information, developing tools and systems, and ensuring compliance with tax and quality management systems.
Requirements
- Creation of customer master by coordinating with sales team and master creation team
- Periodical review of masters to ensure accuracy and robustness
- Correct booking of revenue on monthly basis
- Reconciliation of monthly revenue with sales report from internal software and annexures shared by sales team
- Monthly GL Review, matching all GL Subledgers with main ledger, Review of all Schedules of Trial Balance with GL Team and taking corrective measures
- Establishment and maintenance of internal control safeguards
- Providing all information for preparation of Budget after coordination with various departments
- Completion of all Internal & External audit (statutory, group, Internal, Tax, other department audit etc.,)
