Order Control Supervisor - Ostrava

DP World is seeking a well-organized professional to join its Greenfield Contract Logistics site in Ostrava, Czech Republic, as Order Control Supervisor. The role involves planning and monitoring workflow and overseeing material movement throughout production cycles to ensure smooth, continuous, and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Providing operational support to all departments regarding packing queries
• Understanding customer and project requirements and making informed and timely decisions
• Minimizing line downtime through proactive planning, problem-solving, and effective communication
• Assisting in the follow-up and resolution of customer concerns
• Identifying root causes of process or quality issues and implementing robust countermeasures
• Ensuring that all required information for each project is accurately maintained within the DP World order book
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Work and Quality processes
• Ensuring full compliance with all customer-required quality processes and specifications
• Releasing packing orders to production lines in a timely manner
• Coordinating with RFU teams to ensure all materials are delivered in accordance with required MRD dates
