Requirements

• Coordinate and monitor existing process flows and key performance indicators.
• Develop measures to continuously improve processes.
• Support the introduction of new or optimized workflows in operations.
• Ensure order and cleanliness in halls and outdoor areas.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire protection regulations.
• Service customers via phone and in person.
• Monitor emergency tests and customer inventories.
• Determine training needs and maintain process documentation together with QM and customers.
• Observe developments in your field and bring in new ideas.
