Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer position to ensure highest standards of quality and compliance, maintain and improve Quality Management System, drive process improvements, and support teams through audits, training, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field
• Minimum of 3 years in quality engineering within a 3PL, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for reporting
• Practical experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to provide timely support and feedback to operational teams
