Senior Associate - NVOCC Operations - Global Service Centre

The Senior Associate - NVOCC Operations - Global Service Centre is responsible for processing import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing rail movement. This role focuses on data quality, shipment preparation, and communication with both customers and carriers. Key responsibilities include data entry, draft corrections, file preparation, and ensuring accurate labeling.

Requirements

• Receive freight and cargo manifest data from the load port.
• Prepare Import IGM/IAL.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
• Send arrival notices and information to customers and ICD locations.
• Submit containers to CFS.
• Follow-up with CFS to arrange rail movement.
• Verify B/L data with Manifest.
• Address BL drafts within 3 hours of receipt.
