Senior Executive - Warehouse Operations - Economic Zones - Nhava Sheva

Senior Executive - Warehouse Operations position responsible for shift & operations management, inventory management, planning & coordination, MIS & documentation, and safety & training. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations and proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office.

Requirements

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in chemical, FMCG, or 3PL environments
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, inventory control, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
• Familiarity with MSDS, GFSI, and warehouse safety requirements
• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage manpower effectively and handle shift operations independently
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining operational accuracy and compliance
