Job Description
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end site operations to ensure strong operational and financial performance, manage operational budgets and resources, lead site teams, and develop strategies to improve performance and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree (Masterâs preferred) in Logistics, Engineering, Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with responsibility for site-level operations
- Strong understanding of operational processes, production KPIs, and performance management
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams within a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with data and dashboards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
