Senior Operations Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end site operations to ensure strong operational and financial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive performance, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and safe operations across the site.

What You Will Do

You will oversee and drive overall operational performance, manage and optimize operational budgets and resources, manage site teams, and develop and execute strategies to improve performance and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with responsibility for site-level operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with data and dashboards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
