We are looking for a Shift Manager to oversee production operations, ensure efficiency, quality, and safety, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shift Manager in operations, logistics, or production management
- Understanding of logistics processes and production workflow
- Knowledge of relevant procedures and documentation
- Fluent Slovak & English language skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex data
