Requirements
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Experience in a team leader or coordinator position
- Good knowledge of outbound processes
- Ability to use KPI to monitor and improve results
- Familiarity with Lean Warehousing principles and 5S practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
