Job Description
The Team Leader will supervise and train subordinate employees, ensure correct processing of incoming orders, and monitor and optimize system-relevant processes. The ideal candidate will have a vocational training in a relevant field, experience in logistics, and first leadership experience as a team leader.
Requirements
- Supervise and train subordinate employees regarding the tasks assigned
- Ensure the correct processing of incoming orders
- Monitor and optimize system-relevant processes at the site
- Create and be responsible for the required reports (KPI)
- Participate in the implementation of quality regulations
- Contribute to personnel planning
- Conduct training measures
