Job Description
We are looking for a freelance journalist based in West Flanders to strengthen our team and provide regional coverage for HLN. As a regional journalist, you will go on the hunt for the latest news and be our eyes and ears. You will work from home, maintaining telephone contacts with the editorial team in Antwerp and delivering daily news reports to HLN.be and Het Laatste Nieuws.
Requirements
- Be at home in West Flanders, with a focus on the Veurne-Diksmuide region and the West Coast
- Have a driving license B and your own car
- Have a quick pen that immediately takes our readers into the story
- Be stress-resistant and feel at home in an environment with deadlines and result-oriented work
- Be a team player who likes to work together with colleagues to build strong stories
