Klantenservice medewerker Independer

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is a true multitasker with excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative at Independer, you will ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied. You will answer short, service-oriented questions and handle smaller damages from customers. You will become part of the friendly and driven Team Blije Klant and have the opportunity to work towards the necessary Wft diplomas to provide advice and make even more impact for our customers.

Requirements

• MBO-4 work and thinking level
• Experience in a customer contact role
• Flawless Dutch language skills
• Enthusiasm and motivation to make customers happy
• Availability for a predetermined number of hours per week, between 24 and 40 hours
