Job Description
The Commercial Inbound Services team supports business customers with their subscriptions and contributes to commercial goals. As a trainee, you will gain experience in customer contact, administrative tasks, and data entry.
Requirements
- Relevant MBO or HBO program, preferably in the second or third year
- Available at least three days a week
- Communicatively strong in Dutch language, both orally and in writing
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Accurate and neat work
- Service-oriented and customer-focused approach
- High sense of responsibility
