Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking an assistant superintendent with at least 2 years of commercial construction experience or 2 years of higher education in a construction-based educational program. The successful candidate will assist with the supervision of all craft employees, create construction schedules, and coordinate jobsite logistics.
Requirements
- Creation of construction schedules
- Performing regular schedule updates
- Monitoring logic relationships
- Adding new work items into the schedule and reflecting resulting schedule impacts
- Assisting with the coordination of jobsite logistics
- Maintaining relationships with adjacent building teams and subcontractors
- Leading DPR’s injury-free environment safety program
- Assisting with the coordination of subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource-loading
- Professionally representing DPR field operations
