Electrical Project Engineer

Evergreen Innovation Group is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer with 2-5 years of MEP experience in commercial construction to work on commercial projects within our core markets: Healthcare, Higher Education, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, and Commercial.

Requirements

• Providing construction support for MEP systems
• Participation and application of EIG’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan
• Understanding and enforcement of contracts between EIG and Subcontractors as well as EIG and DPR
• Assisting the Superintendent and Project Manager in implementing EIG’s policies and executing the project
• Organizing the duties of other Engineers, Field Office Coordinator, Project Accountant, and other assigned project staff
• Participation in trainings and company meetings
• Organizing and electronically archiving project files
• Preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules
• Preparation, maintenance, and implementation of various document control entities
• Coordinating and resolving project issues within the project team
• Detailed knowledge of the assigned project scopes
• Distribution of new drawings, changes, approved submittals, RFI responses, and other project information
• Preparing agendas, documents, meeting minutes, and actions for various meetings
• Monitoring testing and inspection record and reports
