Job Description
Evergreen Innovation Group is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer with 2-5 years of MEP experience in commercial construction to work on commercial projects within core markets. The Electrical Project Engineer will work closely with the project team to provide construction support, ensure safety, and implement EIG’s policies.
Requirements
- Providing construction support for MEP systems
- Participation and application of EIG’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan
- Understanding and enforcement of contracts between EIG and Subcontractors
- Assisting the Superintendent and Project Manager in implementing EIG’s policies and executing the project
- Organizing the duties of other Engineers, Field Office Coordinator, Project Accountant, and other assigned project staff
- Preparation, monitoring, and updating project schedules
- Preparation, maintenance, and implementation of various document control entities
- Goal-oriented approach to promptly coordinate and resolve project issues
- Detailed knowledge of the assigned project scopes
- Distribution of new drawings, changes, approved submittals, RFI responses, and other project information to all affected parties
- Preparing agendas, documents, meeting minutes, and actions for various meetings
